The South Lawn

The South Lawn is an outdoor ceremony and reception space nestled behind Yellowhawk Creek, surrounded by open fields and quiet skies. The space is fully private, the grass is green, and the shade is plentiful. It is ceremony-ready from May to October.
It hosts up to 200 guests, with parking accommodations for 35 vehicles. Restroom trailer is required for weddings over 30 guests.

Friday-Sunday $4,000
Tuesday-Thursday $3,000
Venue rental requires reservation for onsite lodging through Airbnb for a three (3) night minimum stay. This allows the bride and groom full access to the property for vendor load-in, wedding set-up, ceremony rehearsal, etc., without time limitations or extra fees.
Welcome Parties and/or Rehearsal Dinners are available to host on property for an additional cost.
Fees listed do not include WA state tax and damage deposit.
The Pavilion (coming soon)

The Pavilion will be a modern indoor space that includes the South Lawn ceremony space with the venue rental.
The building will host up to 200 guests year-round. Restroom trailer is required for weddings of any size.
